Archery for Beginners at ASAG
Hello to all our members, family, and friends!
Last Sunday was a fantastic day held up at the club where members attended the Come and Try Archery target shooting event.
There were approximately 20 people that participated and we had excellent coaches on hand from Geelong Archers who assisted everyone with having a go.
Given the success of the day, Geelong Archers have kindly offered to hold two more beginner style sessions up at the Slovenian Club for the newly inspired “Slovenian Archers”!
When: Sunday 21st and Sunday 28th January
Time: 10:15am for 10:30am start (sharp)
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $5 per session for equipment hire ($10 for the two Sunday beginner sessions).
Geelong Archers have kindly waived the additional $5 per session shooting fee for participants on each of these days.
Experience: No experience necessary – come along to have a go!
Geelong Archers will have a couple of their highly experienced coaches available on the day to assist.
What to wear: Tight fitting top (no loose clothing) and enclosed sturdy shoes or runners
